1. SHIPPING OPTIONS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

To ensure your items arrive promptly, we offer a straightforward shipping option. We partner with trusted logistics providers to manage inventory and ensure your order gets to you efficiently.

  • Transit Time: The time the carrier needs to bring your order to your doorstep after it leaves our fulfillment center.

2. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking link.

  • Update Period: Please allow 3–5 business days for the carrier’s system to reflect the initial tracking information.

  • Assistance: If your order is still in transit 9 business days after its shipping date, please reach out to our support team at [email protected].

3. THE 12-HOUR MODIFICATION WINDOW

After your payment is processed, your order enters a brief 12-hour window before it is sent to our fulfillment center. During this time, you can request changes (size, color, quantity) or cancel your order entirely by emailing [email protected]. Once this window closes, the order moves into production and cannot be modified.

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Multiple Addresses: We ship only to a single destination per order. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

  • Regional Exclusions: We currently ship worldwide, except for the Middle East, Russia, and Ukraine. Orders from these regions cannot be processed at this time.

5. TAXES & CUSTOMS

Since our primary fulfillment operations are centered around ensuring efficiency for U.S. and international customers, the price shown on the website is the final price.

  • No Hidden Taxes: For U.S.-based shipping, you will not be subject to additional sales tax.

  • International: While we strive for “Final Price” transparency, any specific local customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION & LIABILITY

To ensure a successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including House/APT/Suite numbers).

  • Address Errors: TeeFavos is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to the sender due to errors provided by the customer.

  • Redirection: If you contact the carrier to redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we are not liable if the package becomes lost, stolen, or damaged during that process.
