A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your request.
B. RETURN PROCESS

Visual Evidence: High-quality photos or a video showing the product (clearly displaying the label and the specific issue/defect).

Reason for Return: A brief description of why you are requesting a return or exchange.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
C. DAMAGED, WRONG, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately.

Evaluation: Once we verify the issue (usually within 72 hours), we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
D. EXCHANGES
We only facilitate exchanges for items that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective. If you need a different size or item for other reasons, please follow the return process and place a new order.
E. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & FEES

Defective/Incorrect Items: Customers do not pay for return shipping if the error was ours (e.g., damaged or wrong product).

Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind): Customers are responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

Ordering Errors: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the customer ordered the wrong size or product.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
F. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Method: Refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.

Bank Processing: Please note it typically takes an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
G. CANCELLATIONS

12-Hour Window: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement for a full refund.

Late Cancellations: Requests made after 12 hours may be treated as a “Change of Mind” return, as the order has likely entered our production phase.

Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. TeeFavos is not liable for unsuccessful deliveries due to address errors provided by the customer.
